About
My name is Mandy, and I’m a 20-something graphic designer that lives in the greater Seattle area. My husband and I met through work (he employed me!) in mid-2009, got married in April 2010 (talk about a whirlwind romance) and started trying to get pregnant in September 2010. We got a positive pregnancy test (or rather, four of them) in early March and couldn’t have been happier! We found out we were expecting a baby boy in June, and our little miracle Logan was born on November 1st, 2011 – even though his due date was October 21st.
The birth was an 18-hour induction and not, on the whole, one of my most favorite experiences ever, but it sure did create memories I’ll never forget, and I got to take home this:

Yep, totally not complaining.
I got fired from my job at 40 weeks pregnant and am currently a stay-at-home-mom. For how long, no one knows, but probably at least until Logan is a year old. When I’m not spending time with my little bean, I enjoy drawing, baking, decorating, photography, spending time with my husband, family and friends, writing, reading and watching Korean drama on Hulu.
