How I’m Dealing with my new Picky Eater
Hi Catherine- I agree 100%. My son is still to young to help with some things but even getting him to mix our morning eggs, add seasonings to meals, or more recently spreading peanut butter or yogurt onto his toast and topping with fruit and coconut gets him excited and more involved in the process. Thank you for adding this fantastic point!

Hi Bobby- thanks for stopping by! You can absolutely refrigerate the filling and as a matter of fact I used salmon that I had cooked for dinner the day prior. Just be sure not to overcook the potatoes so as to not have them be too mushy. Happy cooking- let me know how it turns out!
